As a medium sized RIBA Chartered Practice we have the advantage of offering a bespoke service to clients, along with valuable relationships with many local contractors and have worked with most of the local authorities in the East Midlands.
Based in Nottingham, we are ideally placed to serve the region and have also completed many projects in and around Newark, Leicester and Derby. If you are looking for a building plot or your next development opportunity, we also keep a land list that is regularly updated.
We can usually offer a free initial consultation at your site or property, to assist from the early stages and provide a competitive fee proposal for a range of services as appropriate.
The Advantages of a National Network
Although we have many varied skills at our Nottingham office we can also enlist the services of our colleagues in the other regions should specialist experience be required for a specific project or site.
In addition to being awarded ISO 9001 accreditation, we are also listed in the RIBA Conservation Architects Register and can assist with Heritage Lottery Funding.
