Fife
This villa replaces an elderly and dilapidated dwelling on the same site and looks to make the most of the spectacular view to the south over the River Forth. The villa is clad in untreated larch and utilises rubble walling synonymous with the area. It is topped off with a planted roof to minimise its impact on the local environment and to provide some protection from the elements it is exposed to in its coastal hillside location.
